Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will exclude original shipping costs and/or custom fees and import duties if applicable.

A $8 restocking fee for domestic orders will be deducted from your refund for mailed returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and an attachment of the SKU. Once approved, Kozzani will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 5 day time period, Kozzani is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, Kozzani will be unable to fulfill your request.
Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for Kozzani products not purchased from kozzani.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all customs fees and import duties.
At this time, all international sales are considered final due to shipping and customs restrictions. We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before placing your purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery via email and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All approved returns will be issued as an Exchange or Store Credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
After your return has been received and approved by our warehouse team, your Exchange or Store Credit will be issued within 7 business days. Should there be any concerns regarding the condition of the returned item, our support team will contact you directly.
Store Credit is sent electronically via email, never expires, and can be redeemed on any future Kozzani purchase.
